So, if I have this right, zombies can hear, at least according to The Walking Dead. So, if deaf people become zombies, will their undead selves hear, too? I mean, you don’t see the zombies with glasses, either, and they seem to be just fine. You can’t expect millions of people to become zombies and not have one with a previous disability, besides missing limbs.
So, you watch, right, and the “walkers” will chase you if they see you or hear you, not sure if they smell you too. Considering no place has working facilities, won’t everyone that’s alive, and not undead, be smelly? How is a brain-dead zombie supposed to know a live person with serious body odor as dinner, but know that the others in their group are rotting like they are?
Also, shouldn’t zombies be gone, or a large portion of them? I mean, they’re dead and rotting. After a certain amount of time, shouldn’t they just be a pile of bones?
Not that a walking dead person chasing you to munch you isn’t bad enough, and defies logic. but does ALL of the logic involved have to leave you wondering more about how it’s happening than what’s happening?
Maybe I’m just over thinking everything, but it still bothers me a little. It helps knowing that this all started as a comic book or something, because, hey, nothing in those is ever 100% logical, either. In fact, most things are improbable, if not impossible. Maybe that’s the whole point. I don’t know. Maybe I should be like everyone else and follow the story, instead of trying to analyze everything.
