On the first or second day of school,, my daughter came home with a project to do. It is an interview and report of your parents or grandparents to find out school routines from the past and compare them to school routines of the present. Initially, I told my daughter she should interview one of my sisters, instead. She asked why, and I told her that I didn’t ever have a regular school routine, certainly not the one the teacher will be expecting. She has decided to do mine, anyway. I gave her 2 pages of notes on all of my schools, which brought more questions, ones that I can’t really answer.
